this is a hotel go-to for prague!
-
very clean unit. great base for exploring prague.
-
Breakfast was very tasty even for my son as a vegitarian. The staff is very friendly and respects individual needs. I am already twice in the Atos and very satisfied.
-
The hotel has a great location. Room was really quiet and big despite the street side. I could even get the tram tickets at the reception.
. Does not have its own parking space for the car. No German speaking staff available.
-
Centrally located and very good breakfast. Clean rooms and friendly staff
-

I've used this hotel many times when visiting Prague. It's in the perfect location for me, the staff are mulit-lingual, the rooms are spacious, bright and airy, the breakfast is excellent with hot and cold choices and daily variations. But most of all with this trip they were so helpful with disruptions to air travel owing to volcanic ash. I stayed the four nights as originally booked. I returned for one further night and was welcomed back. I then returned for three additional nights, but found a way home by coach and left after two of these nights and received a refund covering the third night. They could not have been more helpful and understanding in a very trying time for air travel.

The staff were friendly and informative. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate. The attached restaurant was extremely good value with a wide varied menu of good quality food.
There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were basic but comfortable, location is great, we could walk to downtown in just a few minutes.
We had to pay a deposit for the internet cable for the room, it is not big money but I don't think it was necessary. The aisles were noisy in the night, I was waken up by our loudy young italian neighbours several times between 3 and 5 a.m.

Easy transport, close to centre. Quiet and easy to get around! Staff approved change of stay without charge! Excellent communication prior to arrival - provided extra blankets as well. Breakfast was extensive and lovely.
Some staff a bit rude and had to be challenged - super nice after this though, forgot early breakfast for us after pre-ordering the night before.
-
Frontdesk staff was nice and helpful and the room had everything one needs to have for a pleasant stay. Disregard any other comments about breakfast. It is very good and with plenty variety.
-
its a great hotel ..bit of a language barrier ..beyond that couldnt fault it ..great hotel / location and mega clean rooms :) 9/10 for breakfast too .. thank you :)

Inexpensive hotel. Room was adequate for what I spent. Breakfast was good, and had both hot and cold items to choose from.
The hotel was a bit of a walk from the Charles Bridge, so if you plan on spending a lot of time in that part of the city I recommend buying a public transportation pass for your stay. Trams run one block from the hotel at a very regular basis and make getting into the 'touristy' part of the city so much easier/faster.
